She was predeceased by: her parents, J. W. Winkler and Dora Winkler (Watkins); her husband Ben Gillenwater; her siblings, Mattie, Nettie, Lucille, Dorothy, Marion, Floyd, Dan and Tom; and her daughter Cindee.
She is survived by: her sons, Ron Thayer (Frances) of Muskogee, OK and Larry Gillenwater (Amy) of Muskogee, OK; her sisters, Edna Winkler Gillenwater of Muskogee, OK and Aline Harris of Quinton, OK; and her grandchildren, Michelle Ballinger of Kalamazoo, MI, Cliff Dickerson of Muskogee, OK, Tracie Hale of Muskogee, OK, Greg Thayer of Muskogee, OK, Jason Thayer of Fort Gibson, OK, Dillon Gillenwater of Broken Arrow and Megan Gillenwater of Owasso, OK. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
