It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vickie L Hayward of Muskogee, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 29, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Hayward and Gloria Hayward (Stahl); and her siblings, Donna Carver, Susie Johnson and David Hayward.

She is survived by: her caregiver Vickie; her siblings, Gloria Clark (Terry) of Texanna, Christy Chambers of Porter, Katie Glass (Aaron) of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Bill Hayward of Indianapolis, Gene Hayward, Jr. of Greenwood and Clifford Hayward of Muskogee, Oklahoma; her stepson Christopher Parks (Angie) of Wichita; her stepgrandchildren, Aiyana Johnson (Stephen) of Wichita and Christopher Tyee Parks; her grandchildren, Layla, Olivia and Stephen; her great-niece Sarah Winkel of Coweta; her great-nephews, Zachary Winkel of Orlanda, Shane Hayward, Jr. of Coweta and Michael Winkel (Rachel) of Muskogee; and also, Mya Barnett of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Zayne, Ryder Winkel, Rari Reed, Warren and Wren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Clifford D Garrett Family Funeral Home (1224 E Poplar St, Fort Gibson, OK 74434). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Clifford D Garrett Family Funeral Home Chapel (1224 E Poplar St, Fort Gibson, OK 74434).
