It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Lois Garsee (Mustang, Oklahoma), born in Manila, Arkansas, who passed away on December 27, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Janey Elizabeth Westerman; her siblings, Virginia Westerman Bishop and Wilburn Westerman; her husband Royce W. Garsee; her children, Michael (Nieves Rick) and Tonya (Henry Dalton); her sister Betty Sue; her mother-in-law Agnes Garsee; and her parent William Westerman.
