He was predeceased by: his father Richard Withrow. He is survived by: his wife Carla Withrow; his son Blaise Withrow; his mother Rita Withrow; his siblings, Kevin Withrow (Jenny) and Dawn Spitler; and his siblings' children, Kasey Kyles, Tye Kyles, Bryon Withrow, Zach Withrow and Jessie Withrow.
In lieu of flowers Mark would prefer donations be made to his only son for funeral costs.
