He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Russel Westbrook and Nell Westbrook (Blackburn); his daughter Judy Gail Westbrook; and his siblings, Paul, Mike, Bud, J. T. Westbrook, May Grady, Willie Freeman, Effie Jackson, OraLee Shroyer and Jenny Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Westbrook; and his children, Rhonda Kupke (Kenneth) of Haworth, Karen Monroe (Norman) of Broken Bow, Terry Westbrook of Nashoba, Beverly Sisk (Steve) of Nashoba, Douglas Westbrook of Wright City and Michelle Westbrook of Byhalia, MS. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; as well as, many nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
