He is survived by: his son Michael Loren Sweeney; his daughter-in-law Mackenzie; his grandchildren, Nora, Luke and Levi; his son Robert "Bobby" Chase Sweeney; his daughter-in-law Calie; his grandchildren, Oliver, Brooks and Sutton; his sister Susan Marshall; his nephew Tom Jordan; and his great-nephew Matthew Jordan.
A Mass was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (8005 Dorset Dr, Nichols Hills, OK 73116). A burial was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at the Rose Hill Burial Park (6001 NW Grand Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73118).
