He was predeceased by : his brother Floyd Butler. He is survived by : his parents, Elzie Butler of Morgan and Nita Shirley of Sherman, Texas; his son Richard Butler; his sister Sylvia Rains (Sammy) of Sherman, Texas; and his cousin Terry Stewart.
