He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Neville Earl Starling and Marie Poage Starling; his children, Suzanne Marie Starling, Scott Richard Starling and Stephani Laval Starling; his former husband Curt Pool; his wife Julie Starling (McNichols); his grandchildren, Courtney, Lauren, Natalie, Jacob, Sarah, Caroline, Claire, Ava and Blake; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Owen Kenneth, Levi, Takota, Declan and Waylon Kenneth.
