She is survived by: her husband Carl; her sons, David Piekarsky of Lake Dallas, TX and Daniel Piekarsky (Beth) of Bloomington, Indiana; her grandchildren, Dillon, Kaitlin, William and Christopher Piekarsky; and her sibling's children, Barbara Blouch of Norman, Lenore Trotter, Steven Smith and Raymond Smith, Jr..
