He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe M. Blake and Ouida B. Blake; and his grandparents, J. Hubert and Vera Spaulding. He is survived by: his siblings, Cameron Blake (Chris) and Dallas Chapman (Greg). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
