He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard M. Ainsworth and Addie Mae Ainsworth; his sister Ardeth Jones; and his brother-in-law Robert S. Jones. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Ainsworth; his daughters, Leslie (Greg Gothard), Ardeth (Brad Ludrick) and Amy (Chris Stephens); his grandchildren, Kirsten (Derek Martin), Dr. Cord Gothard, Forrest Ludrick, Marshall Ludrick, Avery Ludrick, Samuel Stephens and Daniel Stephens; and his great grandchild Addie Mae Martin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
