He is survived by: his wife Donna Jarrett (Carnahan); his daughters, Vikki Buckley (Paul) and Suzan Petty (Mark); his granddaughters, Sara Cox (Brett), Kristin Ward (Tommy) and Emma Buckley; his sister Sally Smalley; and his brother-in-law Donald Carnahan.
