He is survived by : his mother Virginia Sue Lay of Oolagah; his father-in-law Vernon Strope; his sister-in-law Heather Embrey; his mother-in-law Estie Strope of Broken Arrow; his siblings, Phillip Lay of Oolagah, Perry Lay (Melissa) of Sand Springs, Richard Lay of Talala, Linda Carlton of Tulsa, Sharon Martin (Terry) of Claremore, Reuben (Rhonda) of Owasso, Nancy Thomas (Alan) of Oolagah, Penny Barrett (Alex) of Yuma, Deena Schwerdtfeger (Eric) of Bartlesville and Daniel Lay (Yaya Liu) of Palm Bay; his brothers-in-law, Todd Strope (Laura) of Longmont and Daniel Embrey of Broken Arrow; his wife Rachelle; his son Alex Lay (Caitlin); his grandchildren, Asa, Naoma, Ary and Orev of Skiatook; his son Joshua Lay (Emily); his grandchildren, Benjamin and Julia of Bixby; his son Nathaniel (Brittney); his grandchildren, Tucker and Cason of Sand Springs; and his children, Abigail, Clinton and Franklin. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces.
