She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Felton Smith and Lorene Marie Smith (Wells); her half-brother Jesse Smith; and her brother-in-law Charles Guinn. She is survived by: her son Rocky Joseph Griffin of Okemah; her siblings, Andy J. Smith of Okemah, Carl W. Smith of Okemah, Mary Ellen Guinn of Okemah and Doris Ann Beaver (Bill) of Bristow; and her grandchildren, Rocky Joe Griffin (Abby) of Edmond and Misty Roshel Gonzalez (Manuel) of Roland. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
