He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvie Nichols and Nancy Nichols (Baker); his son Mitchell Lee Nichols; and his brother Danny Nichols. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Nichols; his daughter Wendy Thompson of Tecumseh, Oklahoma; his brother Clifford Nichols (Vernice) of Okemah; and his grandsons, Patrick Riley Thompson, Brandon Walker Thompson and Nathan Scott Thompson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and extended family.
