He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Popp and Ida Popp; and his nephew Daniel Popp. He is survived by: his wife Patty Light; his daughters, Carrie Eblen of Weleetka, OK and Christine Hill (Ryan) of Albany, OR.; his grandchildren, Ruth Ayers of Corvallis, OR, Lael Ayers, Sam Ayers, David Ayers of Albany, OR, Jordan Eblen and Grace Eblen of Weleetka, OK.; and his siblings, Kathy Stark (Mike) of Lake Oswego, OR, Roger Popp (Terry) of Moscow, ID and Renee Beulow of Arivaca, AZ.
