He is survived by: his wife Nancy Williams of Okemah; and his children, Barry Clay Armstrong Jr. of Coweta, Robert E. Armstrong of Holdenville, Nikki Causey of Carthage and Christy McGirt of Wetumka, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by extended family and grandchildren.
