He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Smith and Madge Smith (Cates); and his brothers, James Smith and Jackie Gower. He is survived by: his children, David Corky Smith Jr. (Donnetta) of Okemah, Evert Smith of Okemah and Gwendolyn Smith of Okemah; and his sister Donna Roundtree of Okemah. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
