She was predeceased by: her father James E. McVay; her daughter Sarah Skiye; her stepfather Jesse Dawson; and her grandfather Phillip Deere. She is survived by: her mother Mancie Dawson of Oklahoma City; her children, Nicholas Skiye of Osage, Cody Skiye of Mason City, Iowa and Kayla Skiye of Rockwell, Iowa; and her siblings, Mark McVay of Oklahoma City, Cindy Harkey of Yukon, Oklahoma, Hannah McVay of Henderson and Cassi McVay of Hastings. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
