She was predeceased by: her parents, Katheryn Beatrice (London) and Walker Fred Payne; and her siblings, Gladys Collins, Lucille Myers, Willa Faye Roman, Jo Dean Thomas, El Reno Kinslow, Mary Neal Robinson, Woodrow Payne, Warren Payne, Bob Payne and Jim Payne.
She is survived by: her husband Willie Joe Wester of Pharoah, Oklahoma.; her sons, Dale Wester (Machella) of Republic, Missouri and Lance Wester (Carol) of Staples, Texas; her grandchildren, Rebecca, Dylan and Natalie; her great grandchildren, Grace and Laura; and her siblings, Nova Collier of Midwest City, Oklahoma, Doug Payne of Mead, Oklahoma, Patrick Payne (Debbie) of Shawnee, Oklahoma and Richard Payne (Jerrie) of Duncan, Oklahoma..
