He was predeceased by : his mother Donna Louise Chumley (Statham); his son Joel Dalton Chumley; his sister Cheryl Kirkpatrick; and his mother-in-law Mary Ellen Craig. He is survived by : his father Larry Clayton Chumley, Sr. (Barbara Kay) of Tulsa; his wife Donna Elaine Chumley (Craig); his siblings, John Bradley Wells of Okemah and Stacy Lynn Walker of Tulsa; and his daughter-in-law Liz Chumley of Shawnee, Oklahoma..
