She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Richards (Tom) and Vinita Richards; her husband Fred Welch; her brother Jimmie Richards; and her daughter Carla Conners.
She is survived by: her children, Vickie Scholl (Gene) and Fred Welch Jr. (Noel).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Williamson Spradlin Funeral Home (221 S Main St, Wetumka, OK 74883).
