He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Wilbourn and Ethel Mae Wilbourn (Lee). He is survived by: his children, Johnny Wilbourn (Natasha) of Wetumka, Oklahoma, Malissa Wilbourn of Okemah, Kelly Lindsey of Shawnee and Kortnie Michelle Wilbourn of Wetumka; and his sisters, Lana Carol Smith of Okmulgee and Jennifer Lee Reddick of Okmulgee. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
