He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Swearingin of Valliant, Janis Amberman (Robert) of Tulsa and Warren "Jay" McIntosh, III (Laura) of McAlester; his stepchildren, Sandy Cearley (Jim) of Okemah, Kevin Bryant (Melissa) of Stigler and Christi Humphreys (Jeff) of Okemah; his grandchildren, Sarah, Justin, Amber, Trevor, Jessica, Nicole, Jeremiah, Alyssa, Courtney, Emily, Josh, Kassi, Matt, Vanessa, Cara, Bailey, TaLinda, Trapper, Heath, Kayla, Kaylee, Tyler, Clay, Ty and Emilee; and his siblings, Wayne McIntosh of California, Charles McIntosh of Oregon and Brenda Barber of California. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
