He is survived by: his wife Shirley DeGiacomo of Oklahoma City; his stepchildren, Karen Rains of Oklahoma City and Michael Mullins (Laci) of Blanchard; his grandchildren, Dawson Rains, Jarred Mullins, Jordan Horton (Tiyler) and Dayton Mullins; his great grandchildren, Arianna, Braylie and Hayden; his sister Phyllis DeGiacomo; and his sister-in-law Von DeGiacomo. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other family members, and friends.
