Annamaria (Minter) Toledo Obituary

Annamaria Toledo, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and cherished member of her community, passed away on April 30th, 2024, at the age of 62. Born on December 17th, 1961, Annamaria leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and passion for life.

Annamaria is survived by her devoted husband Jorge Toledo, her children Samuel Gonzalez, Anastasia Cardenas-Sallaska, John Gonzalez, and Alexander Toledo, and their families. She was a proud grandmother to Khristabel, Valencia, Angelyn, Miguel and his wife Chloe. And her great-grandchildren Karson, and Mary Kate, whom she adored beyond measure.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John H Minter and stepmother Jeannette, her mother Nancy Ann Senigo, her aunt Jo Beth Senigo, her uncle Roy Senigo, and her grandparents Anna and Joe Senigo.

Annamaria's love for animals, particularly cats and birds, was evident to all who knew her. She was a well-known local bird breeder and found immense joy in caring for her feathered friends. Additionally, Annamaria's talent for crafting porcelain dolls brought happiness to many, as did her collection of vintage toys, including cherished favorites like Cabbage Patch dolls, the California Raisins, and Peanuts characters.

Fluent in several Spanish dialects, including her maternal family's native Castilian, Annamaria's linguistic skills were matched only by her warm and welcoming demeanor. She had a gift for making friends wherever she went, greeting everyone with open arms and a kind word.

Annamaria's adventurous spirit led her to explore many places, but her heart always remained in Mexico and South America, where she found solace and joy in the rich culture and vibrant landscapes.

Annamaria's memory will be treasured by all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her boundless love, infectious laughter, and unwavering kindness will continue to inspire and uplift those whose lives she touched. Though she may be gone from our sight, her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
