It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Claire Yarbrough of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 18, 2026, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Aloysius and Claire Vivian Ward. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Edward Yarbrough; her children, Michael Yarbrough (Erin), Kevin Yarbrough (Sarah) and Erin O'Hora (Gerard); her grandchildren, Robert, Matthew, Everett, Adeline, Leila and Claire; and her sister Carol Nardo.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John M. Ireland & Son Funeral Home and Chapel (120 S Broadway Ave, Moore, OK 73160). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St Andrew Catholic Church (800 SW 4th St, Moore, OK 73160).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the American Heart Association in Barbara's memory.
