She was predeceased by: her husband Bert Seabourn; her parents, Joe Tompkins and Blanche Tompkins (Bratcher); and her siblings, Gloria Tompkins, Wanda Tompkins, Shirley Richardson (Tompkins) and Lynn Tompkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Seabourn (Kathy Buttry), Angela Webb (Tom) and Jimmie Seabourn of Enid, OK; her grandchildren, Heather Webb Bush (Brad), Elizabeth Seabourn West (Cory), Rachel Webb Webb (Mark) and Carson Seabourn Webb (Candace); her great grandchildren, Jordan Bush, Tyler Bush, Paige Bush, Colton Bush, Piper Bush, Maya Seabourn Dean, Savannah West-Jepsen, Brooks Webb, Helen Webb, Edward Webb and Lucy Webb; her great great grandchildren, Ellie and Lucy Bush; her brother Joe Dale Tompkins (Tracy); and her sister-in-law Norma Tompkins of Purcell, OK. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
