He was predeceased by: his parents, Odesser Greasham Grant and Lawrence Frank Grant, Sr.; and his siblings, Thomas Grant (Infant), Lawrence Grant, Jr., Eric Lee Grant, Frances Grant Stevenson, Patricia Grant Lee and Sharon Kay Grant.

He is survived by: his siblings, Benjamin Grant (Wanda) and Odetta Grant. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
