He is survived by: his wife Suzanne McGinnis; his sons, Bryan Bullard (Esperanza), Norman and Steven Bullard (Ina) of Little Elm, TX; his grandchildren, Joshua Bullard of Richlands, NC, Ethan Bullard of Gunter, TX, Jared Bullard of Plano, TX, Zachery Bullard of Little Elm, TX and Marissa Bullard of Little Elm, TX; his stepgrandchildren, Noemi Garcia and Gabriel Garcia; his siblings, Harmon Bullard (Frances) of Crofton, MD, Billy Bullard and Deborah Kirkpatrick (Charlie); and his aunt Martha Sweatt (Johnny). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
