Ebert II (Candy) of Leesburg, Thomas Jurko of Oklahoma City, Brian Jurko of Oklahoma City, Michele Jurko-Lair of Oklahoma City and Richard Jurko of Oklahoma City; her brother J. Milton Heflin, Jr. (Sally) of Houston, Texas; her grandchildren, Christiane Buschman, John J. Leslie III, Mark K. Leslie, David Jurko, Devin Jurko, Michael Lair Jr., Corbin Lair, Haley Jurko, Zakary Jurko and Denny Madoux III; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Buschman, Ethan Sanderson and John T. Leslie.
