He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mothers, Martha Bell (Wooten) and Martha Belle Rankin (Wooten); his stepfather Homer Rankin; his wife Sherry Diana Haley (Golden); his children, Kevin Haley, Kimberly Bassett Haley Raduege (Brig Gen Chad) of Oklahoma City, OK and Chris Haley of Melbourne, FL; his stepson Bryon Davis of Oklahoma City, OK; his sister Ramona Snow (Dan) of Kingston, OK.; his grandchildren, Michael Bassett (Lisa) of Hann-Munden, Germany, Zachary Raduege, Eva Haley of Melbourne, FL, Ashlynn, Cason and Jaren Haley of Sheridan, WY; and his sibling's children, Jason Snow (Heather) of Sparta, MO and Kelly McCampbell (James) of McLoud, OK. He was also cherished by 2 great nephews, 2 great nieces.
