She was predeceased by: her parents, George Matthew Nuckols and Annie William Metcalf Nuckols; and her husband Alex. She is survived by: her brother Darryl Nuckols (Cindy); her children, Amy Bixler (Dan), Keith Thomas and Andrea Skelton (T. J.); and her grandchildren, Derek Bixler, Coleman Bixler, Andrew Skelton, Scarlet Thomas and Alexander Skelton. She is also survived by "Nana" by her family.
