She is survived by : her son David McKinney; her grandsons, Joshua Levy of Florida and Justin Levy of Florida; her siblings, Mary Gillette of Pennsylvania, Linda Lyshol of Michigan, Elizabeth Burns, Cathy Otto and William Otto of Pennsylvania; her nieces and nephews, Candace Otto MacDonald of Cincinnati, Katrina Wallace, Sarah Gens of Brooklyn, Axel Gillette of British Columbia and Thomas Gens of Michigan; and her cousin Glenda Blundell. She is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews.
