Johnson; her children, Scott Johnson (Debi) and Stacy Surratt (James); her siblings, Jennifer Koch and Jim Schultz; her grandchildren, Olivia, Christopher Surratt, Andrea, Alexis, Alyssa and Carra Caldwell; and her sisters-in-law, Doreen Kadrmas and Liz Williams (Jon). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
