She was predeceased by: her significant other Jack Cunningham; and her extended family, Al Moore and Jill Tarver. She is survived by: her cousins, Pam Kaylor, Jessica Wolf (Brad) and Daryl Williams (Joann). She is also survived by friends and coworkers.
