With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karen Louise Carpenter (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 30, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Karen Louise leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her brother Dennis Rupp; her husband Robert "Bob" Carpenter; and her parents, Clara Rupp and Adolph Rupp. She is survived by: her great-nieces, Clara, Christine and Caroline.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation in Karen's honor.
