She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Adwan and Saleema Mahfood Adwan; her former husband Dr. Richard Wyrick; and her siblings, Anne Shore and Dr. Kenneth Adwan.
She is survived by: her sister Emmileen Hamlin of Oklahoma City; her sons, Dr. Michael Wyrick (Vanessa) of Booneville, AR., Wayne Harris-Wyrick (Rocksye) of Oklahoma City and Randel Wyrick (Mollie) of Leander, TX.; her grandchildren, Alex Wyrick, Jefferson Wyrick, Joshua Wyrick (Katie), Rhiannon Roesler (Frank), Ethan Samsel, Azuranna Wyrick, Richard Wyrick (Sadie) and Kelly Wyrick (Elizabeth); and her great grandchildren, Maggie Wyrick, Ella Wyrick, Annie Wyrick, Kade Roesler and Maverick Roesler.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name at St. Luke's Church and/or the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation.
