He was predeceased by: his parents, William Orville and Ruby Lockhart (Shepley); his wife Shirley Risinger; his daughters, Carol and Shirlene Carter; his siblings, Bill, Joe Lockhart, Betty Savola, Eileen Timonen and Judy Hranic; his parents-in-law, Claude and Willis Risinger; and his sister-in-law Claudine Hill.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jessica Ballou (Casey), Quintin Addy, Carla Kinman (Jeremy), Cinnamon Flinn (Rocky), Lindsey Carter, Taylor Carter, Ryan Carter, Cayleigh, Cambree, Jaxon Kinman, Adrian, Andre Goodson, Jayden, Cooper Crosby, Grayson, Corbyn Flinn and Archie Carter; his siblings-in-law, Leona Turner and Carrol Risinger; his siblings, John Lockhart, Elaine Zalut of Michigan, Vickey Chandler (Denny) of Michigan, June of Michigan, Janis Buckovich of Michigan and Laurie Lafond (Jim) of Michigan; and his close friends, Tom and Rena Weston. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home (1502 NW Fort Sill Blvd, Lawton, OK 73507). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Cache Schools Auditorium.
