It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laquita Joy Kerley of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ordest Harper "O. H." Brantley and Iris Marvel Brantley (Lawrence); her son Todd Kerley; and her husband John Kerley. She is survived by: her sons, James Anthony Kerley and Terry Jay Kerley (Penny); her sister Nita Patton; her brother-in-law Gilbert Patton; and her nieces, Renee Dollar (Lynn), Diana Hamidi (Nassar) and Leeta Harris.
