He was predeceased by: his parents, Sim Hondoras Peyton and Ruby Geneva Peyton (Laughlin); and his sisters, Juanita Probasco (Peyton) and Treva Mae Peyton. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Marvin, Tyler Fox Peyton and Laura Jane Peyton; his grandchildren, Carter Fox Peyton and Clara Lane Peyton; his sister Leta Faye McLemore (Peyton); his sister-in-law Susan Fox Creekmore (Joe); and his sibling's children, Brent McLemore, Sharon Probasco Peery, Chrystal Probasco, Carole McLemore, Sheila McCarty (Mike) and Taylor Jacobs (Marc).
