We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2019, at the age of 30, Michael Mullendore (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfather Herman H. Rackley; and his uncle Brian Scott Mullendore. He is survived by: his daughter Addisyn Emma Mullendore; his parents, Rickie Mullendore and Gerri Mullendore of Choctaw; his siblings, Tony Mullendore of Choctaw, Vicky Patterson of Choctaw and Samantha Powell of Choctaw; his grandparents, Emma Rackley of Choctaw, Eugene and Freda Mullendore of Wellston; and his niece Macasey Paterson.
