She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Leonard and Ruby Bell Spencer; her siblings, Jess, Sam, Jack and Dorothy; her children, Billy and Shonda; and her great grandchild Justin Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Melvin Eugene Fretz; and her daughters, Sandra Scholle (Joe) and Beverly Hallman (Dave). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; her precious nephews and nieces; and many friends.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Resthaven Funeral Home & Memory Gardens (500 SW 104th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73139).
