We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2023, at the age of 83, Patricia Ann Horn of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hitzeman and Ann Hitzeman; her brother Sonnie; and her husband Matt Horn. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Caperton (Brent), Mike (Deidre), Martin, Suzette Williams (Bryan), Michele Harris and Mitchell (Mandy); her grandchildren, Brian (Katie) and Julie Caperton; her children, Rebecca, Joseph Horn, Samantha, Pearce, Zoey Horn, Matthew Williams, Patrick, Zachary, Makenzie Harris, Harper and Hank Horn; her great grandchildren, Olivia and Abigail Caperton; her brother Jim Hitzeman (Becky); and her sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Brose and Barb Goerke (Greg). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and longtime friends.
