She is survived by: her daughter Lesa Davis (Dana) of Fort Worth Texas; her grandchildren, Andy (Caitlin) and Hilary Stiles (David); her great grandchild Briar; her children, Paisley, Presley, Ross Goforth of Oklahoma City and Russell Goforth; her grandchildren, Claire and Allison; her son Reagan; the parent of her children Xandra Goforth; her daughter-in-law Leisha Goforth; her sons, Grant and Reed of Yukon, OK.; her niece Terry Goforth (Wayne Trail); her great-nieces, Katie Trail and Emily Trail; her nephews, Gene Goforth Jr. (Wayne Markham) and Michael Goforth (Kandy); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Bradon and Ashton (Corey Brown) of Colorado Springs, CO.; and her nephew William Wooldridge (Lori Wooldridge) of Oklahoma City.
