With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phyllis Jean Henderson (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 28, 2025 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis Jean Henderson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brown and Imogene Brown; and her husband Jim Henderson. She is survived by: her sons, Russell Henderson (Cindy) of Oklahoma City and Steve Henderson (Julie) of Wichita Falls; her grandchildren, Colby Henderson, Chelsea Williams (Luke), Bryce Henderson (Whitney), Chase Henderson (McKenzie) and Maddie Hendricks (Adam); her great grandchildren, Charles, Lydia, Brooklyn, Jake, Mason, Andrew, Maggie, Lonnie and Piper; her sister Becky Cole (John); her niece Laura Peacock (Bruce); and her nephew Brian Cole.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bill Merritt Funeral Service (6201 NW 39th Expy, Bethany, OK 73008). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (13313 N Kelley Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73131).
