We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2022, at the age of 76, Richard Earl Frazier (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his brothers, Robert, Don and Fred; his wife Barbara Ann Harbert; his grandson Tom Frazier (Susan); his children, Wesley, Owen, Tommy, Katie and Rich Frazier (Cynthia); his grandchild Lauren; his son Tim Frazier (Alison); and his grandchildren, Ben, Luke and Savannah.
