He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Chase; his children, Christopher and Robin Chase; his grandchildren, Christian, Austin and Amelia Chase; his sister Beverly Chase Shaw; and his sibling's children, Dyan Shaw Lambeth, Dana McBride Agar, Chase McBride, Keith Kern and Kyle Kern.
