She is survived by: her former spouse Lorence R.; her children, Sally Lane (Keith) of Kansas, Toney LaFontaine (Nadine) of Kentucky and Cordia LaFontaine (Eldon) of Oklahoma City; her grandchildren, Rusty Lane (Jamie) of Kansas and Leslie LaFontaine of Kentucky; her great grandchildren, Caden and Tatum Lane; and her sister Peggy Roberts of Arkansas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation in Susan's memory to St. Ann's Retirement Center.
