He was predeceased by: his parents, W. C. Drain and Katherine Mae Drain; his children, Michael Dale Drain and Kristion Marie Drain; his siblings, Dorothy Mains, Gene Drain and Edgar Drain; and his grandson Christian Drain.
He is survived by: his wife Cris Drain; and his children, Laurie Brown (Ricky Alexander), Shelly Peterson (Marty Peterson), Corie Ellerbee and Josh Drain (Jackie Drain). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Matthews Funeral Home (601 S Kelly Ave, Edmond, OK 73003, USA). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Great Faith Church (8921 Northwest Expy, Oklahoma City, OK 73162). A burial will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Resurrection Memorial Cemetery (7500 W Britton Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73132).
